Registration
The course offers 45 vacancies: 35 students (theory-practice) and 10 students (only theory).
Participants will be selected based on their professional interests and personal qualifications. Curriculum Vitae, scientific context and environment, need for training and scientific merit and letters of recommendation from hierarchy will be analyzed during selection process. In addition, a good gender balance will be pursued.
Application is already open and should be made by filling out and submitting an online registration form, where a motivation letter-together with a recommendation letter from the head of laboratory- and a complete CV must be attached. Registration form link 

Funding
The course has received funds to finance the participation of students by means of scholarships.
The Biotechnology Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean from United Nations University (UNU BIOLAC) and the Argentinian-Brazilian Center of Biotechnology (CABBIO), offer 15 and 10 scholarships, respectively, to participate in the complete course (theory and practice). This scholarships will cover transportation, lodging and food.
To apply to the available scholarships, candidates are asked to follow the next instructions:
CABBIO scholarships: for Argentinian, Brazilian, Uruguayan, Paraguayan and Colombian students. Registration should be performed through the web page of the corresponding central offices of CABBIO of their countries.
UNU-BIOLAC scholarships: for foreign students coming from Latin American and Caribbean countries. Registration should be done by filling out and submitting the online registration

For those participants who do not apply for grants, the registration fees will be as follows:
Students from FBCB-UNL Biological Sciences PhD Career: ARG$ 8000
Students from other Universities PhD Careers: ARG$ 9200
Industry participants: ARG$ 16000
Only theory: ARG$ 4000
Foreign participants: USD 140
