Guidelines for ORAL presentations
⋅ Each oral presentation should last 10 minutes, allowing up to 5 minutes for questions and comments from the audience.
⋅ You are encouraged to enhance your presentation with audiovisual resources, such as PowerPoint, Canva, Genially, or Prezi.
⋅ Please use this form to submit your presentation by September 6th, 2024.
Guidelines for POSTER presentations
⋅ The POSTER presentation will be done in an e-poster format. PRINTED posters are not allowed.
⋅ The e-posters will be displayed on 65” touch screens with a resolution of 2.160 x 3.840 pixels and a visualization area of 143 cm in length x 80 cm in width.
⋅ Each e-poster must be in portrait format (max: 143 cm in length x 80 cm in width) and saved as PDF to ensure high-quality figures and text. Short videos (no longer than 15 minutes) are also allowed in portrait format.
⋅ Each e-poster will be presented in a 15-minute session, although it will be displayed throughout the morning or afternoon, as appropriate.
⋅ Please use this form to submit your presentation by September 6th, 2024.
